Key Responsibilities:

• Drive finance and operations strategy, overseeing daily activities, compliance updates, training, and policy implementation.

• Collaborate with the fund administrator for accurate and timely quarterly financial reports.

• Review and reconcile quarterly financials and manage capital calls, management fees, invoicing, and cash flow.

• Refine financial models, coordinate audits, and update the fund's Schedule of Investments.

• Oversee portfolio performance tracking tools to support strategic investment decisions.

• Manage compliance monitoring and contribute to tax optimization strategies.

Requirements

• 9+ years of proven fund accounting/finance/operations experience in the venture capital space.

• Ideally public accounting background currently working at another fund

• Experienced at another start-up fund, driving operations from ground up

• Must have excellent tenure at previous roles - No Job Hoppers

• Expertise in Venture Capital

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

• CPA is a huge plus

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related

• Excellent time management / organizational skills
