Robert Half Contracts Administrator in San Francisco, California

Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with a strong focus on compliance to join their legal team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of contracts and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administrative aspects of contracts, including review, execution, and maintenance.

  • Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms, conditions, and clauses to identify potential compliance issues.

  • Collaborate with legal counsel and compliance officers to mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements.

  • Maintain organized contract repositories or databases to track key contract information.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in contract management.

  • Communicate contract terms, requirements, and deadlines effectively to ensure understanding and compliance.

  • Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as needed.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.

  • ABA approved paralegal certification.

  • Proven experience working as a Contract Administrator, preferably in a regulated industry.

  • Strong understanding of contract law and compliance principles.

  • Experience in reviewing and analyzing contract terms for compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in contract management software or databases is a plus.

  • Ability to be on-site up to 5 days per week.
