Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced Benefits Specialist in San Francisco, CA.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office, onsite position. No other options available at this time.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Temp to Perm

Start Date: Within two to three weeks.

Location: Intersect of 3rd Street and 16th Street in San Francisco, CA. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.

Pay: $47.58 to $ 47.58/hr

Length: Temp to Hire for the right person 704-878-3275

Hours : 8am to 5pm PST; M-F

Responsibilities for the Benefits Specialist role include:

  • Work with Benefits team to review payroll files and ensure accurate deductions are taken for benefits offerings.

  • Support program and process documentation for global benefit programs including insurance programs, perks, and pension plans.

  • Assess current process approach by attending meetings to discuss current process as well as reviewing employee communications.

  • Effectively document and communicate deviations from expected functionality especially as it relates to how employees experience the programs currently.

  • Remediate issues by working with product and engineering to correct.

  • Audit and track benefit eligibility reporting and reconciliation including compliance related processes and reviewing our vendor reports to ensure accuracy.

  • Partner with People Operations to integration benefits content into primary lifecycle material.

  • Triage escalated employee cases and support requests.

Qualifications for this Benefits Specialist role:

  • Completed High School Diploma or GED.

  • Must have excellent attendance.

  • 2+ years of benefits administration, HR consulting or related work.

  • Experience working with enterprise technology solutions, HR systems preferred.

  • Exposure to supporting a broad, diverse employee population. International experience preferred.

  • Prioritization experience supporting multiple workstreams and processes in high-growth environments.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, with proven time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and organize complex information.

  • Forward-thinking, detailed-oriented, and personable.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Pay Details: $47.58 per hour
