Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting procedures and the structure of general ledgers.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of quarterly and annual financial statements for Funds, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to US GAAP standards.

  • Collaborate with the Finance management team to facilitate precise and punctual audit and tax filings, liaising with external service providers, researching technical tax and accounting matters, and aiding in the audit and tax processes internally and externally.

  • Hold a CPA designation with a minimum of five years' experience in audit or tax roles, either in public accounting or within private equity or venture firms.

  • Possess at least two years of experience in a review capacity and one year of managerial experience, demonstrating leadership abilities.

  • Supervise and manage a direct report effectively.

    Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Seven or more years of relevant corporate accounting experience within financial institutions, preferably with exposure to private equity operating companies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics; a strong GPA is advantageous.

  • CPA certification or significant progress towards obtaining it is highly desirable.

  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
