Job Title:

HVAC Service Technician

Hours: 7:00 AM 4:30 PM (sometimes later when busy)

Pay: $40-60/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking an expert HVAC Technician who is reliable, presentable, and personable to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a

minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the field and will be responsible for entering occupied homes, interacting with customers, performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and starting up new HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair HVAC systems in residential homes.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal performance.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every interaction.

Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.

Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.

Clean driving record.

Hunger to learn.

Good attendance.

Work Environment

Will be on their own 85% of the time making 4-6 calls a day, all about 5-20 minutes’ drive from each other.

Service area is West Side Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills, Glendale, Venice, Westchester.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00
