Overview:

We are seeking a Minimum of 6 months experience and skilled Insulator to join our team. As an Insulator, you will be responsible for installing insulation in various settings, including residential and commercial buildings, to ensure energy efficiency and reduce energy costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be familiar with the use of various materials, such as stucco and plaster. Your attention to detail and ability to work safely will be essential in this role.

Duties:

• Ability to interpret blueprints, construction plans and insulation specifications

• Excellent manual dexterity

• Physical stamina to preform repetitive tasks

• Picking up/deliver materials

-Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary

-Perform routine inspections to ensure insulation meets energy efficiency standards.

Skills:

• Experience with spraying foam and equipment.
• Knowledge of: blow walls, fiber glass, netting
• Ability to walk on stilts
• Knowledge of installation and weatherproofing.
• Experience with hand tools, including cutting and shaping insulation materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Pay:

Piece Work

If you have 5 yrs or more experience, possible 1k bonus ($500 per 6 months of continuous work)

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
