USmax Corporationis seekinga Workforce Management Analyst Ito provide specialized administrative and program support to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Field Operations. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and advanced technical skills to manage and support workforce management processes effectively. The analyst will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and maintaining critical organizational tools and documents.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hiring and Onboarding Coordination:
- Monitor the group inbox for selection and out-processing notifications, updating spreadsheets and databases accordingly.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to finalize recruitment details such as location, grade, and position descriptions.
- Enter new recruitment data into ServiceNow and track the progress using Excel and MS Teams.
- Ensure that onboarding processes for new employees are executed smoothly, resolving any issues that arise.
- Meet weekly with HR Specialists to review the status of hiring actions and communicate updates to regional leadership.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Track all recruitment activities using Excel spreadsheets and/or MS Teams.
- Create and maintain organization charts using MS PowerPoint.
- Generate PowerPoint slides detailing the status of actions for regional leadership.
- Update and manage critical documents and databases related to workforce management.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Work closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, responding to email inquiries and providing timely updates.
- Report any issues with the hiring process to the Workforce Management Lead.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Advanced Administrative Support:
- Utilize advanced word processing and spreadsheet management skills to support various administrative tasks.
- Conduct internet research and data collection to support program metrics and reporting.
- Perform other duties as required, which may include supporting regional leadership in various capacities.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and experience with ServiceNow or similar HR management systems.
- Superior oral and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- The ability to multi-task and assist multiple DCSA employees simultaneously.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in word processing, spreadsheet management, and internet research.
Required Experience
- At least two years of relevant experience in workforce management or a related administrative support role.
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
- An additional six years of relevant experience may be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- CandidatesMUSThave an active Secret clearance to be considered.
Work Location / Schedule
- Customer location in San Diego, CA. Telework may be authorized and determined by the locality.
Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel may be required, not exceeding 15% of the time.
Salary Range
- The projected compensation range for this position is $89,580 to $92,434. Please note that this salary range is a general guideline only.
