We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our operations. Responsibilities

  • Supervising Staff: Overseeing warehouse personnel, assigning tasks, and ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.

  • Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating restocking efforts.

  • Receiving and Shipping: Ensuring accurate receiving of goods and timely shipping of orders, including checking for quality and quantity.

  • Training and Development: Training new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.

  • Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to streamline warehouse operations.

  • Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other operational metrics.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in safe working condition.

  • Problem Solving: Addressing any operational issues that arise and providing solutions to minimize disruptions.

  • Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and communication.

  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking team performance and productivity, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.

  • Budget Management: Assisting in managing warehouse budgets and resource allocation
