Our client, a prominent and innovative company in the Construction Industry, is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to play a critical role in managing HR functions and contributing to the success of a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

  • Administer and oversee benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed and enrolled.

  • Conduct recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

  • Conduct training sessions and support employee development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic HR plans.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
