Description Robert Half is working with a prominent client in San Diego, CA, to identify a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced administrative support to senior executives and leadership teams, managing calendars, schedules, and high-level communications. Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and projects, including preparing agendas, presentations, and follow-up materials. Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Oversee administrative processes, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare, edit, and maintain high-quality documents, including reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion. Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting for assigned departments or projects. Supervise and mentor entry level administrative staff, providing training and guidance as needed. Stay current on company policies, procedures, and technology to provide proactive support. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role, with at least 2 years in a senior or executive-level position. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including detail oriented email and document drafting. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple competing priorities.
