We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join the Robert Half team, located in the vibrant city of San Diego, CA. This position is available for immediate hire, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to contribute to our clients dynamic finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.

• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's objectives.

• Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices, and make recommendations for process enhancements as needed.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred.

• Minimum of [X] years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and discrepancies in financial data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
