Job Posting: Temporary Registrars and Room Monitors Needed in San Diego

Location Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, San Diego

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Start Date: Wednesday September 11th, 2024

Days Needed: 3 day job

We are hiring 4 registrars and 2 room monitors. Please look at the schedules to see what schedule works best for you.

Job Descriptions

Registrars

We are using an online registration system called OnArrival 360 by CVENT. No badges will be pre-printed; everything will be printed onsite. Ideal candidates should be proficient with computers and iPads, able to learn new software quickly, skilled in typing, and capable of using a printer. Must have excellent customer service skills, be friendly, helpful, and possess extensive computer skills. Registrars must also be able to spell attendees' first and last names accurately.

Room Monitors

These individuals must have experience in conventions or meetings. Responsibilities include checking multiple meeting rooms, distributing materials, taking attendee counts, and logging information in Excel. Requires a lot of walking and standing for long periods. Must be proficient with computers, exercise good judgment, pay attention to details, work independently, and respond to members in a cooperative manner.
