Job Description

A client in San Diego is looking for a technical Systems Engineer/ Product Owner to work with software development and testing teams. They will be consulting on everything software development, testing, UI, and automation related. They will work in an Agile environment to help push software projects to completion. They will be doing gap analysis, solutioning process improvements, facilitating technical discussions, estimating timelines, coordinating software reviews, presenting testing results, and collecting info about the capabilities being added to the program. Must be very strong in scrum agile frameworks, running scrums and PI planning sessions, etc.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years as a Systems Engineer or Product Owner

• Experience as a hands on software developer or QA

• Experience working with web based applications and systems

• Experience breaking requirements down into user stories, using JIRA for documentation

• Experience working within Agile environment, running scrum sessions and PI planning sessions

• Active Top Secret, SCI eligible - Experience working in NGA, NRO, or Space programs, specifically with satellite or imagery systems null
