We are seeking a Part-Time Clinical Research Grants Manager to support a health organization in San Diego, CA. Successful Candidate will: Design grant programs. Determine funding needs. Research funding opportunities and develop and respond to grant applications. Write, review, submit, and manage grant proposals. Furnish prospective funders with supporting documents. Develop grant reports. Coordinate, educate, and engage with grant writers. Identify grant support agencies. Optimize the grant administration process. Manage timelines and deliverables. Prepare and monitor budgets. Track grant applications. Oversee portfolio of multiple grant submissions.

Requirements Include:

Masters degree is required. A focus on business administration or equivalent is preferred. 2 plus years of grant writing experience. Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship. Project management skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Budgeting and accounting experience. Knowledge of auditing policies. History of successful grant applications. Knowledge of fundraising information sources.
