We are looking for a skilled and experienced leader to manage our Offer Development team! Travel will be required 40% (At minimum spend once a month for 1 week in our Marlborough office).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, and develop top talent to support/build a highly engaged world class Offer Development team.

  • Drive ultimate accountability for the quality, output, and performance of the offer development team

  • Build strong relationships and trust with cross functional and cross divisional partners to achieve shared objectives for the organization.

  • Develop strategies to protect and enhance the margins of the business by taking a holistic view of the levers that affect profitability (products, prices, solutions and T&Cs.)

  • Enhance/create processes to drive efficiencies and execute on key deliverables including but not limited to quote/deal approvals, annual price harmonization's, and new product pricing guidance.

  • Evaluate current/establish new key KPI’s to gauge performance, output, and value of the team.

  • Collaborate with internal partners and key stakeholders to drive alignment on objectives, clear paths to execution, and the delivery of measured outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven leader with demonstrated ability to hire and develop top talent, drive engagement, and build culture of high performing teams

  • Ability to identify, prioritize, & interpret data from disparate systems and leverage to create pricing strategies to on business objectives.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, customer service and results orientation.

  • Excellent Communication – written & verbal – internal & external. As well as analytical skills coupled with the ability to explain complex analyses in simplified terms.

  • Minimum of a BS/BA is required. MBA and/or an advanced degree is preferred.

  • Familiarity with monetization models for capital, disposable, and service businesses.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience assisting in comprehensive analytics

  • The annualized base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $135,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant

  • experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
