Overview

Intuit is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to manage a small team of business data analysts covering the TurboTax Customer Success Growth & Retention space. We have an exciting opportunity to help shape how we use technology to drive customer and business outcomes. This role will partner closely with data professionals, customer success managers, and product management. This role will balance individual contribution with direct management of a small team.

What you'll bring

• 7-10 years of experience working in web, product, customer/care, or other related analytics fields.

• 3-5 years of experience managing data analysts with a proven track record of developing successful analysts.

• Highly proficient in SQL, Tableau/Qlik, Python (or alternate coding language) and

• Experience in modeling or business application/evaluation of machine

• Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and

• Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical

• Strong organizational skills, time management, portfolio prioritization experience, and accountability required.

How you will lead

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (product management, customer success, data engineering, data analytics, data science, etc) to determine product/initiative effectiveness, determine business/customer opportunity, influence the product & data roadmaps, experiment, and advance data initiatives.

• Analyze raw data (SQL), develop learning plans, develop dashboards (Tableau/Qlik), facilitate business self-service, test machine learning applications, and contribute to product roadmaps in this space.

• Directly manage a small team of business data analysts and develop them in their careers, both technically and professionally.

• Own and prioritize the team’s backlog, and partner directly with business partners to effectively communicate prioritization and commitment to a co-owned and evolving product strategy.
