Job Summary

Tracks shipments and manages inventory levels to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Resolves delivery-related customer service issues and ensures logistics processes comply with applicable regulations.

Telework is not supported. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinates with the Alteration Installation Team (AIT) to identify, collect, and distribute Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products to the Fleet via the Regional Maintenance and Modernization Coordination Office (RMMCO) in support of all NIWC PAC Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) system installations. Leads in Integrated Product Team (IPT) groups to provide recommendations and inputs related to ILS processes and ILS products delivery status. Performs as the single liaison between AITs and RMMCO by working closely with Command key personnel. Oversees the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products delivery processes to support all NAVWAR C4I systems installations and ensure accurate ILS products and timely delivery to the fleet. Provides oversight of ILS products deliveries for installations by directing In-Service Engineering Activities (ISEA's) and Program Executive Office (PEO) Life Cycle Managers (LCMs). Leads installation Pre-planning and conducts timely check-in with RMMCO to ensure ship installations will not be held up due to logistics issues. Prepares ILS briefs and facilitates ILS Working Group (WG) meetings. Briefs senior level Management (Assistant Program Manager in Logistics (APM-L), RMMCO, FRD-IMO, Sponsors) on developed ILS product delivery processes, statuses, and tracking tools.

Required knowledge and years of experience

Must have at least three (3) years of experience. Must have knowledge of Integrated Life Cycle Support and RMMCO processes.
