Spectrum Comm Inc Lead Requirements Analyst in San Diego, California

The HQ Network Requirements Support Lead should have strong oral and written communication skills in order to collaborate closely with personnel at all levels involved in IT operations and technical aspects of systems. They should also demonstrate the ability to build positive relationships and effectively communicate with senior management, project managers, and IT operations staff. Additionally, they should have sufficient knowledge and experience to apply a methodology to projects with well-defined requirements and deliverables.

Education: The HQ Network Requirements Support Lead is required to have at least an associate degree from an accredited college/university.

Certification: The HQ NMCI Requirements Lead Network Support Manager, in place of an associate's degree, can hold one of the following certifications to meet Department of Defense (DoD) 8570.01-M IAT Level II Baseline Certification requirements: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP.

Required Qualifications:

  • The HQ NMCI Network Support Lead must have at least five (5) years of experience working with NMCI (or equivalent) systems, such as Hewlett Packard Service Manager (HPSM), NMCI Navy Enterprise Tool (NET), and Seat Resource Management (SRM). They should also have experience in account creation and oversight of the Move/Add/Change (MAC) process, and supporting NMCI contract.

  • Proficiency in overall computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), is required.
