Description IT Support Specialist Pay Rate: $28.00 - $38.00/hour (based on experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide hardware and software support services to end-users. This role involves maintaining workstation computers, server systems, and network connections while ensuring a high level of user satisfaction. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Provide responsive and detail oriented hardware and software support, resolving issues promptly and following up to ensure user satisfaction. Install, configure, test, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot workstation computers, peripheral devices, and server operating systems. Ensure seamless network connections and maintain system components. Assist with software installations and support users in operating various applications. Manage user accounts, network resources, and security access protocols. Perform research, analysis, and troubleshooting, collaborating with internal and external technical staff as needed. Conduct repairs onsite or in a workshop and coordinate complex repairs with vendors or contractors. Qualifications: Proven experience in IT support or a related role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
