General Summary:

QGOV is seeking a Senior Government Property Administrator to support effective and efficient management of equipment, materials, and other assets for highly strategic, complex government programs.

The ideal candidate is ethical, able to work onsite five days a week, has strong time management skills, is highly organized, possesses tremendous attention to detail, and can thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced technical environment. This individual must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling them to interact professionally with all levels of management in the division and corporation, and has the self-motivation, knowledge and experience to be able to handle usual and commonly occurring tasking with minimal assistance. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work on-site five days a week are a must for this position. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, government property and web-enabled tracking databases, Oracle, and SharePoint is highly desired. Familiarity with the property FAR clauses and government classified/unclassified contracts is also a plus.

A successful candidate will take ownership, demonstrate reliability, integrity, trustworthiness, and follow-through for responsibilities including (but not limited to) the following:

  • Maintains property accountability records and provides shipping and receiving support to programs.

  • Identifies Government property upon receipt and labels property accordingly.

  • Determines the condition of materials and equipment during program close-out and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete items.

  • Conducts physical inventory of property and reconciles results to ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Assists with property audits, follows established policies and procedures, and works with Manager to complete government forms and create reports.

  • Ensures Government property is controlled, protected, and preserved.

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Minimum Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have a current Top Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance, including being a U.S. citizen.

  • Active Top-Secret clearance

  • High school diploma

  • A minimum of 3+ years of property or related program support experience

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPPS Property Certificate

  • Detail oriented

  • Manage multiple priorities and ability to pivot tasking

  • Ability to work independently and well-developed critical thinking skills

  • Effective communication skills and collaborates well with stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Great attitude/team player

  • Meet strict deadlines

  • Experience with Government Property tracking databases

  • Oracle inventory management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Proficient in Atlassian applications (e.g., Confluence, Jira)

  • Government Contracts

  • Property FAR clauses

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits :

$37.70 - $56.54

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
