Job Description

A utility client in San Diego is looking for a data analyst to join their transmission construction and maintenance team. This person will be responsible for the migration of field data to a proprietary database. This person will be responsible for triaging that field data which is highly sensitive and related to compliance standards that are audited by various governing bodies. The triaging responsibilities will include forwarding items that need to be addressed by other groups and creating initial requests/reports based on the field data. Other responsibilities this person will assume will be construction job packet start up and close out, updating structure/pole attributes, and logging information from supervisors into the database. All entry is manual and requires a high attention to detail due to the auditable nature of all data, reports, and entries.

Skills and Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience doing data entry/analysis in a field operational environment

• Experience manually entering and migrating a high volume of field data

• Experience coordinating cross functional teams on project needs

• Microsoft Suite proficiency

• Smartsheets proficiency - Smartsheet license

• Utilities experience null
