Description

We are seeking a dedicated, organized Data Entry Clerk to join our growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our databases up-to-date, ensuring that the information is accurate, organized, and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering and updating data into relevant databases.

• Ensuring data is backed up.

• Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.

• Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.

• Processing and retrieving data as requested.

• Maintaining and updating workflow record regarding work completed and work pending.

• Assisting other departments with data entry or clean-up as required.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk.

• Fast typing skills with excellent knowledge of word processing tools.

• Basic understanding of databases.

• Great attention to detail.

• Organizational skills and ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
