Insight Global Cleared Financial Change Management Consultant in San Diego, California
Job Description
A trusted partner is looking for a secret cleared Financial Change Management Consultant to join their growing team in a fully remote capacity. This person will be apart of a 3-7 person group supporting one of the firms largest Navy efforts. This core team will be working behind the scenes across financial transformations supporting the migration from the legacy system to an SAP based system. For this role specifically, this contractor will be supporting all change management initiatives and managing leadership communication. This contributor will need to have strong written and oral communication skills to support change agent network meetings, write monthly reports and newsletters, and organizational skills to help coordinate large industry events.

Skills and Requirements
Active/Interim Secret clearance
Bachelors degree in a related field
2+ years applicable experience in change management
Experience assisting with development of leadership communications
Support Change Agent Network meetings
Develop monthly newsletters
Support change impact assessment
