Job Summary
The Aftermarket Customer Service Associate II supports the Aftermarket Team by providing a high level of customer service to Hyundai Translead dealers and distributors regarding sales orders, parts availability, parts pricing, supplier information, and other customer requests or needs.
Essential Functions
- Processes sales orders from customers in Aftermarket website
- Resolves any issue to fulfill orders in a timely manner

``` - Facilitates pricing requests and lead-time requests for stock or non-stock parts from Hyundai Translead or other suppliers to dealers - Answers inbound phone calls from customers promptly and politely - Receives and responds to customer requests using email and phone calls - Assists customers with looking up parts on the Aftermarket website - Aids customers with Aftermarket sales support such as tracking packages, tracking shipments, tracking weekly stock order, return authorizations, and processing shipping discrepancies. - Provides part cross reference information to customers - Exceeds customers expectations by demonstrating the highest level of customer service - Follows up with internal or external parties to provide prompt solutions for customers - Effectively diffuses high-tension situations with customers
Essential Functions (Continued)
- Communicates any urgent customer service issues to management
- Continuously improves processes to become more efficient
- Performs to exceed department and company goals
- Updates and manages the quotation master file daily to track customer service status and follow-up
- Creates competitive price lists to dealers to actively respond to continual market changes and win new business
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to learn about the heavy duty trailer industry
- Previous experience using Excel
