Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in San Diego, California. The selected individual will join our team in the fire sprinkler industry, handling essential customer-related tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of the accounts receivable department.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications accurately

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records

• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions

• Manage daily deposits using bank scanner

• Supervise monthly billing of projects

• Issue change orders as required

• Perform regular self-audits of records

• Handle light phone answering and front door reception duties

• Maintain a medium-high level of email correspondence using Outlook

• Use Excel and Great Plains Dynamics for account management and billing tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role as an Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures and tasks

• Demonstrated skills in Billing and AIA Billing

• Experience with Great Plains Dynamics is required

• Strong proficiency in Excel is essential
