Senior Director of Mechanical Maintenance

Our client has been building trains for over 80 years. With our innovative strength, flexibility and reliability we are a leading manufacturer of rail vehicles today.

This position will provide site management for mobilization of SBCTA. In this role, they will be responsible for the performance of services and contractual compliance. As SRS US Senior Director of Mechanical Maintenance, they will have full authority and decision-making capabilities.

The principal responsibilities of the SRS US Senior Director of Mechanical Maintenance are to serve as the primary contact between clients and Stadler. They will respond to all communications and decision making related to the administration and delivery of the contracts.

Your tasks

  • Operational safety and performance

  • Efficient operations and supervisory roles of all direct reports

  • Management of systems and procedures, and policies

  • Compliance with all contract deliverables and contractual obligations

  • Coordination with maintenance contractor for training and movement of equipment

  • Documentation of procedures and accurate record keeping

  • Inputs for WLC and Budgets

  • Invoicing and Procurement of materials, hours and ancillary expenses

    Your profile

  • The SRS US Senior Director of Mechanical Maintenance must demonstrate, at a minimum, three (3) years of Project Management, or equivalent experience, including at a minimum, three (3) years Rolling stock maintenance

  • The SRS US Senior Director of Mechanical Maintenance will ensure the client's goals for service contracts includes a focus on safety, quality, customer service, performance, regional cost efficiencies, innovation, and state of good repair

  • Provide on-site leadership to support Mobilization and Maintenance

  • Provide on-site leadership to support future TSSSA contract
