Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our financial client's Project Product team. This role demands a professional who can quickly adapt and efficiently oversee product delivery and coordination across various teams. The perfect candidate will possess a robust project management background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts while maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate product delivery with a focus on cross-product enablement.

Produce concise and clear processes and practices to communicate across multiple teams.

Track and document projects using Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects.

Utilize Jira for tracking stories and project/product progression.

Foster collaboration through weekly cross-product group meetings with various divisions, teams, and vendors.

Support senior managers in developing 1-3 year roadmaps and managing dependencies.

Stand up processes and shift mindsets within the team.

Ensure adoption of processes across different teams.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Project Management and coordination of product delivery.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects.

Experience working with Jira and tracking project/product progression.

Strong understanding of cross-product enablement and project tracking.

Ability to resolve conflicts without impacting relationships with support teams and clients.

Adaptable and able to assess and implement processes effectively. null
