Robert Half Revenue Manager in San Antonio, Texas

Description We are in search of a Revenue Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing revenue KPIs and driving optimal efficiency across various operational aspects, from line and plant efficiencies to direct and indirect costs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee revenue KPIs at our manufacturing facility to ensure optimal efficiency.

• Monitor results against budget and local cost metrics trends, keeping a close eye on all related activities.

• Collaborate with the local Accounting/Finance department to produce daily reports.

• Work in tandem with operations and warehousing leadership to ensure all financial transactions and reporting are complete, accurate, and timely.

• Conduct frequent walk-throughs of the manufacturing site with Plant Leadership to address production and costing issues and implement efficiency improvements.

• Drive the site to meet optimal financial results by providing guidance to Plant Managers and Supervisors on cost targets and standards.

• Analyze production yield, downtime, and labor on a daily basis and provide weekly reports.

• Work closely with R& D and Operations on new items and test runs.

• Assist the Revenue team as needed and work closely with Revenue Senior Manager and Revenue Costing Director on local projects.

• Document short- and long-term department goals and objectives in the form of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Revenue Management or similar role.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships.

• Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques to analyze and interpret complex data.

• Familiarity with Epic Software for healthcare management.

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions, including financial reporting and tax planning.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) management, including collections and credit control.

• Auditing skills, with the ability to identify errors and ensure accuracy in financial reports.

• Experience in Billing Functions, such as invoicing and payment processing.

• Knowledge of Budget Processes, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.

• Proficiency in using NetSuite for business management activities.
