Job/Position DescriptionProgram Specialist IVThe Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks highly qualified candidates to fill the Leadership and Professional Development Facilitator position within Access and Eligibility Services (AES), Leadership and Professional Development (LPD) team within the Office of Learning and Professional Development. Work involves assessing and analyzing training needs in the Texas Works (TW) and Medicaid for Children, Families, the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities (MEPD) programs, contributing to curricula development and revisions, delivering training, and coordinating continuous learning activities. Adapts to a variety of learning styles and demonstrates the ability to effectively transfer knowledge to participants. Accountable to the LPD Area Manager while exercising moderate latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment.
