Seeking a Physician Contracting Specialist for our Physician Services San Antonio Division office who provides specialized expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. Job Summary and Qualifications

• Performs complex administrative duties relative to physician contracting, including composing correspondence and coordinating resources across corporate functions.

• Interacts with Directors of Physician Services and Practice Managers to gather information to complete employment or recruitment agreements.

• Understands complex compensation models that conform to Stark regs.

• Utilizes multiple software platforms – Word, Excel, TCM, PAWS, etc.

• Prepares employment, Physician Service Agreements (PSAs) and recruitment agreements and sends agreements to potential physician candidates.

• Interacts with corporate legal department.

• Tracks employment agreements through the routing system until all reviews have been completed.

• Handles various administrative details with initiative and good judgment.

• Assisting other staff as requested.

• Attending meetings as assigned and reporting on actions.

• Maintaining strictest confidentiality.

• Performing related work as required.

• Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.
