This professional will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit and will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Toyota Gosei's policies Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Responsibilities Manufacturing leadership experience Direct experience in managing personnel

• Analyzes and adjusts scheduling of customer kanban to better meet the needs of the customer and production process.
• Coordinate the daily activities to determine production and quality delivery issues affecting the process Problem-solving and resolution to meet the business efficiency plan.

Assign/delegate responsibility for specific work to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery.

Tracks and maintains training of employees to meet business objectives
