ManpowerGroup Network Consulting Engineer in San Antonio, Texas

Our client in the technology industry is seeking a Network Consulting Engineer to join their team. As a Network Consulting Engineer, you will be part of the Consulting Engineering team supporting customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to lead and guide teams, and a deep understanding of industry-standard methodologies related to the networking domain.

Job Title: Network Consulting Engineer

Location: San Antonio, Texas

What's the Job?

  • Deliver solutions and services, including design, installation, and day-to-day proactive services

  • Create customer documentation, including Customer Requirements Documents, High-Level Designs, and Low-Level Designs; Migration, Implementation and Test plans for solutions

  • Lead and assist in design workshops and consultancy services

  • Tackle implementation problems during migrations

  • Assist customers with deploying tools that support them and related Network Management Systems

What's Needed?

  • CCIE, CCNP, or higher certifications, or equivalents

  • In-depth knowledge of designing complex routing and switching networks

  • Ability to lead, articulate a vision, influence, and guide teams in dynamic strategic environments through design, deployment, analysis, and troubleshooting of complex networks

  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal communication and presentation skills, relationship-building skills, and ability to work autonomously and thrive in a transformational environment

  • Specific experience with IOS-XE, ASR9k, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and other R/S principles is required

  • CCIE, CCNP, or higher certifications, or equivalents

  • In-depth knowledge of designing complex routing and switching networks.

  • Ability to lead, articulate a vision, influence, and guide teams in dynamic strategic environments through design, deployment, analysis, and troubleshooting of complex networks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal communication and presentation skills, relationship-building skills, and ability to work autonomously and thrive in a transformational environment.

  • Capable of evaluating risks, anticipating issues, proactively collaborating, and leading resolutions.
