Job Description:

• Inbound/outbound automated calls to secure payments on delinquent accounts

• Manual outbound calls to responsible party contacts to secure payments on delinquent accounts

• Critical thinking to analyze processes to provide a better member experience

• Interprets information and provide valuable financial solutions regarding delinquent accounts

• Educate members on differences on Credit Counseling Agencies versus Debt Settlement companies

Experience NEEDED:

• Collections Accounts Receivable

• Consumer Debt experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
