Aerotek Maintenance Technician in SAN ANTONIO, Texas

Job Description

Seeking Maintenance Technicians for a food and beverage facility. You will work on mixers, hoppers, dough portioners, proofers (heat/steam to make dough rise), ovens, coolers, slicers, and packers. Your primary responsibilities will include electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance (PM) work, as well as pneumatic tasks. You will assist in the installation process of equipment, work with installers, and learn from vendors. Once the equipment is installed, your role will involve getting and keeping the production line running, installing a second line, and conducting PMs.
