SummaryAssist the facilities team in maintenance throughout Lancer Worldwide owned building.

Essential Functions

Performs machine, electrical, plumbing, and basic A/C repairsInstalls new equipment and assembly linesMonitors and repairs all power air tools and test equipmentUses hand and power air tools to maintain and repair equipment and the facilityInstall and size utilities to include electrical conduit, wiring, and pipingSolder copper pipe and fittingsOther duties as needed and directed by the supervisor

Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAble to use tape measure, level, AMP/voltmeter, and pressure gaugesKnowledge of wire sizes by amperage loadKnowledge of conduit sizes per wire runKnowledge of 110 volt electrical - troubleshoot and repairPlumbing installation and repairs to include copper pipe, fittings, and solderingInstallation of 110, 240(single and 3 phase), 277, and 480 voltages electricExperienced in electric motor, breakers 240-480-volt repairsIn depth knowledge of manufacturing machinery and toolsUnderstanding of production floor protocols - Lock out Tag Out Practices

Education and ExperienceDegree or certification in Mechanical or Industrial Maintenance3 yrs proven experience in manufacturing mechanicsPhotocell, exit, emergency, and exterior lighting repairsAir/fluid regulators, separator, filters, pressure gauge repairsAble to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and machine drawings for troubleshooting and repairOverhead door repairKnowledge of basic air conditioning and heating, troubleshooting, and repairKnowledge/experience with air and electric power toolsInstallation of drop ceiling including rails-trackWelding experienceInstall, troubleshoot, and repair pumps and compactors
