Description We are searching for an IT Director to join our team. This role is based in San Antonio, Texas and involves developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy in line with our objectives. The position also includes overseeing system administration, providing technical support, and managing IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a well-aligned technology strategy that meets our business goals.

• Manage and oversee all technology systems, including POS, networking, cybersecurity, and data analytics.

• Provide technical support and training to restaurant staff, management, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure the security and integrity of all technology systems, including data protection and compliance with industry regulations.

• Oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.

• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet business needs.

• Manage relationships with technology vendors, including contract negotiations and performance management.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.

• Develop and implement data analytics solutions to support business decision-making.

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an IT leadership role

• Proficient in Cisco Technologies

• Extensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies

• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Solutions

• Expertise in Backup Technologies

• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware

• Proven experience in handling Contracts

• Skilled in Deployments and Deskside Support

• Knowledge of Aloha POS and other Point of Sale (POS) systems
