ManpowerGroup Financial Analyst in San Antonio, Texas

A fast-paced manufacturing entity is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to gather and analyze financial information based on cost, price, revenue, and expenses and perform monthly analysis of financial results. The Financial Analyst position will support the Senior Controller role in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations as well as perform internal audits and reconciliation efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Financial Analyst will Coordinate and organize preparations for and lead organization through year-end 3rd party financial audits for multiple legal entities at least twice a fiscal year

  • Manage/implement a robust internal audit program geared towards establishing an environment whereby the organization is in a constant state of readiness for various compliance audits conducted by corporate entities throughout the fiscal year

  • Capital acquisition request process and fixed asset management accounting

  • Accounting for customer directed supplier process

  • Completion of journal entries and account reconciliations for three separate legal entities

  • Support the annual profit plan and monthly outlook/forecast for three separate legal entities

  • Support in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (Section 404) and BOS (Business Operating System).

  • Support safety programs for the company.

  • Ability to remain steadfast and encouraged in the challenging pursuit of information required to complete assigned responsibilities in a complex and fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Other duties as required by the Plant Controller and/or CFO

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with major in accounting or equivalent and two (2) or more years of accounting/financial experience in a manufacturing environment.
