Job Summary: As a Dealer Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships within our dealer network. Your primary focus will be on fostering partnerships, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to dealer engagement and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the dealer network

  • Identify and onboard new dealers, ensuring alignment with our brand values and sales objectives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales-related matters.

  • Provide training, support, and resources to dealers to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth

  • Prepare accurate sales forecast, performance reports, and market analysis for management review.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure seamless dealer interactions and efficient issue resolution

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver effective promotional campaigns to drive dealer sales

Minimal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field equivalent experience

  • 5+ years related sales experience to include account management

  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50%, or as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience developing and facilitating small group training sessions with “how to” instruction

  • Proven experience in sales and account management

  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities

  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite

  • Exceptional organization and time management skills

  • Superior presentation and training skills

Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
