ManpowerGroup Call Center Representative (Customer Care Specialist) in San Antonio, Texas

Our client in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Call Center Customer Care Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Call Center Customer Care Specialist

Location: San Antonio, TX for onsite

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8-hr work schedules are between 7 am to 6 pm CST; (paid) training schedule is 8 am to 4 pm

Job Type: Temp-to-hire; Hybrid work (Onsite: 4 days, Remote: 1 day)

What’s the Job?

  • Assisting customers with placing new orders

  • Providing updates on the status of existing orders

  • Answering questions about the availability of products

  • Communicating with customers via phone or email

  • Reviewing customer orders and account information to resolve issues

What’s Needed?

  • Most updated / current resume required

  • Basic computer navigation skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Previous call center experience and strong customer service skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • High school diploma is required
