Robert Half Branch Manager in San Antonio, Texas

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our team in the Financial Services industry, based in San Antonio, Texas. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the branch, handling customer payments, and maintaining the physical appearance of the branch. This position will also involve active participation in the sales and service process, both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the physical branch location, ensuring smooth functioning. • Actively participate in the sales and service process, interacting with customers both in person and via phone. • Process customer payments, apply them towards their policy, and manage remote deposits and reconciliation to transmittal. • Maintain the general appearance of the branch, ensuring both interior and exterior cleanliness. • Handle the opening and closing procedures for the branch location. • Actively participate in answering incoming calls, ensuring customer inquiries are handled efficiently. • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary. • Assist in the filing and organization of documents and images.

• Demonstrable knowledge of Auto Insurance and Homeowners Insurance is necessary

• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on communication and employee relations

• Proficiency in ensuring business compliance with relevant laws and internal policies

• Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance

• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making

• Experience in strategic planning and business development within the financial sector

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high standards

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is required

• Relevant detail oriented qualifications or certifications would be advantageous.
