Maintain personal hygiene, maintain personal appearance and dress neatly at all times.

Guest experience

Achieve customer satisfaction with a pleasant personality and effective communication skills, and always take the initiative to greet customers.

Try to know the guests by name, especially regular customers and guests in long private rooms, and pay attention to the situation to provide assistance to guests

Corporate Responsibility

Responsible for the safe delivery of guests from all designated locations.

Familiarize yourself with city routes, locations and hotel facilities.

Know the flight time and assist guests with handling and loading their luggage as requested.

Assist with valet parking when there are no work assignments.

Be aware of the activities in your city and report to management if you find any conditions that may affect your driving time or route.

Responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of passenger vehicles and maintain the vehicles in accordance with the hotel image standards.

Perform other tasks as may be assigned by your manager.
