TEKsystems Advanced Fraud Detection Analyst in San Antonio, Texas

This role is supporting the Advanced Fraud Detection team with key milestones to help the bank's fraud transformation journey. This team will be a part of the

initial advanced detection and fraud triage group.

This team will work advanced fraud cases to perform quality reviews, disposition alerts (decision fraud), and perform deep analysis or investigations as needed.

Individuals must have strong knowledge and hands on experience with ATO, social engineering scams, and ID theft. Must have retail bank fraud experience. This

team will be required to take unstructured case data and pull it all together to make dispositions. Occasionally reach out to law enforcement to help with cases. Leverage IP address tracking and link analysis. Individuals who are experienced with regulatory driven projects and familiar with the demands and completion of milestones will perform well.

  • Triage fraud alerts from fraud operations.

  • Mitigation of threats to member accounts and shutdown, lock/hold as required.

  • Hands to keyboard work on compromised member accounts.

  • Working ATO, ID Theft and Mule Account cases.

  • Being proactive and working to protect members and the bank.

  • Exposure to cyber fraud, cyber fusion, cyber intelligence is desired.

  • Deep analysis on fraud triage and determining root cause.

Qualifications

  • Must have 4+ years in bank fraud detection, prevention and/or intelligence.

  • Need hands on experience with ATO, ID Theft and Mule Accounts as well as ACH, Check and Wire Fraud.
