Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr Admin Asst. The role is based in San Antonio, Texas, and involves a comprehensive range of administrative duties. The Sr Admin Asst will play a crucial role in facilitating office operations, coordinating meetings, and managing logistics in our dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and technology are prepared and accessible

• Manage and maintain calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts

• Prepare and distribute meeting materials such as PowerPoint decks and agendas in a timely fashion

• Coordinate travel arrangements for meeting attendees, including airline, hotel, and ground transportation bookings

• Host and facilitate meetings and external events as needed, including introducing speakers, managing presentations, and ensuring adherence to time schedules

• Plan and organize logistics for large and/or offsite events, utilizing internal resources as needed

• Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external resource personnel to facilitate office operations

• Communicate and collaborate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and identify potential cost-saving opportunities

• Maintain and communicate sensitive and confidential information in accordance with internal policies and procedures

• Research and provide requested information in a timely manner

• Greet and direct internal and external partners to appropriate locations and staff. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service

• Experience with various Office Functions

• Ability to provide Training and coach staff

• Experience in Operations and Planning

• Knowledge of Procedures and Research methods

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Experience in Pricing and Logistics

• Understanding of Security protocols

• Experience in dealing with Vendors and managing Facility

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

• Experience in handling Financial Notes

• Ability to handle Video related tasks

• Understanding of SAN - Storage Area Network

• Proven ability to Resolve Issues

• Experience in Interviewing candidates and making Travel Arrangements

• Ability to handle Agenda Items and Coordinate Meetings

• Experience working with Offshore teams

• Ability to manage relationships with External Customers

• Experience in managing Conference Rooms.
