salary: $24 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records.

  • Verify and audit invoice accuracy, including matching purchase orders and receiving reports.

  • Handle vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.

  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies.

  • Assist in month-end closing procedures and generate financial reports.

  • Maintain vendor files and documentation in a well-organized manner.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and process improvement.

  • Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Skills

  • MS Teams

  • Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is required)

  • SAP (3 years of experience is preferred)
