Title Traffic Control Plan Designer CAD  

Description JOB SUMMARY: Using CAD software to create traffic control plans to meet specific needs of our customer using a variety of mediums to achieve desired effects. This is a production position requiring hands on knowledge and usage of tools and equipment to produce finished products. This position is an "in office" work space. * Design Traffic Control Plans for Temporary Traffic Control projects using CAD software (Rapid Plan). * Submit Traffic Control Plans to contractors and authorities for approval. * Assist dispatch department with scheduling upcoming work and communicating with customers. * Perform other work related duties as assigned. Pay = DOE Depends on Experience Full Benefits package offered after 60 days of employment: Medical, Dental, Vision, Pet insurance, 401K options, discounts, etc.

Position Requirements Education, Experience, and Skills Required: * Good technical skills and computer experience utilizing AutoCAD/RapidPlan programs are preferred. * ATSSA Traffic Control Technician or Traffic Control Supervisor Certification or experience is a huge plus. * Knowledge of MUTCD standards and local government traffic control requirements is preferred. * Good written and verbal communication skills, can follow instructions as given and has the ability to work independently or as a team member is required. * Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines are required. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, and word) are required.
