A prestigious investment bank is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team within the operations division of the firm. This team provides essential operational support for the settlement of syndicated loan trades. In this role you will be working closely with clients, sales/trading, and other stakeholders. Our team is responsible for addressing issues, resolving exceptions, answering queries, and managing risk throughout the trade processing cycle.

As an Investment Analyst, you'll get hands-on experience with trade confirmation, allocation, facilitation, and verification for client accounts. Your Responsibilities:

• Acquire product knowledge and contribute to maintaining our firm’s industry reputation for loan settlements.

• Aid in loan closure procedures alongside the trading desk.

• Engage in manual processes, including handling faxed notices and related tasks.

• Resolve problems quickly and communicate explanations to clients and team members in a clear and concise manner

• Proficiency in tech skills including VLookups, Pivot Tables, and Macros, as well as the ability to discern patterns within datasets.
