The Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) supports many faculty researchers, data scientists, clinical coordinators and informaticists. This position will provide support for systems and application infrastructure and software build deployment requiring a broad range of solutions. Projects range from automated testing, container management and deployment, application integration, and service deployment automation. You'll be part of a small team of engineers and will need to think through and solve complex problems and effectively implement solutions. Your contributions and ownership of our group will be an integral component of maintaining our infrastructure, applications, and infrastructure to provide cutting-edge health research to the University of Utah.The Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) serves as an academic home for clinical and translational research, developing innovative health services and training a new generation of investigators. Four foundations of discovery compose the institute: Cores and Services, Education and Training, Clinical Research Support Office, and Administration, and these foundations provide support for T1 to T4 research.This position is hybrid, requiring the selected candidate to either reside in or be willing to move to the Salt Lake City area.
