Key Responsibilities:

• Learning and Development: Participate in structured training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to manufacturing processes and operations.

• Production Support: Assist with manufacturing, procurement, quality and logistics.

• Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and decision-making processes.

• Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing environment.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues to supervisors.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.

• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  Qualifications:

• Currently serving in the military and eligible for the Department of Defense SkillBridge program.

• Experience in manufacturing or a related field.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a civilian work environment.

• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
