The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Job Description

This role may sit in our Phoenix or Salt Lake City Offices.

The Senior Software Engineer - Pipelines will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing robust reusable CI/CD pipelines and backend systems to ensure seamless, scalable, and efficient software delivery. This role requires a strong foundation in backend development with expertise in Golang, alongside hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Custom Github Actions, Terraform, Docker Image building and optimization, and AWS (ECS, EKS, EC2, RDS, Lambda).

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring optimized deployment workflows. * Implement and maintain backend services and APIs using Go and Python. * Leverage tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, and Nexus to streamline and automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes. * Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define best practices, and deliver high-quality solutions. * Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability for critical systems. * Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members in Agile development environments. * Develop clear, comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and solutions. * Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and improve system efficiency. * Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, integrating relevant advancements into the pipeline infrastructure. * Performs miscellaneous projects as assigned. * Updates technical skills as required. * Performs other related duties as assigned.
