We are looking for a Senior Inspector Asset Integrity to join our Asset Integrity team. You will be responsible for property-wide asset integrity program inspections, development, implementation, and sustainability of critical asset maintenance coordination, national standard condition monitoring, and reporting with Rio Tinto Kennecott and Rio Tinto Physical Assets Management standards. You will also provide key-user support to the Sites in their asset maintenance, repairs and purchasing. Reporting to the Manager Asset Integrity, and working in a collaborative community, you will be: * Committed to the health and safety of all. Actively engaged in safety programs and initiatives. * Prioritize tasks ensuring that the critical work required for asset management is evaluated, managed, and delivered appropriately. * Manage and supervise trade employees in condition-monitoring maintenance activities * Manage contractor work by following the RTKC contractor management process for the completion of inspections and repairs of assets * Participate in the life cycle management plan for critical equipment, which correlates with SAP needs. * Be a key driver for up-to-date national standards training and introductions of new condition monitoring technology and NDE methods. * Contributes to defect component review and reference against data analysis. Able to use and update (red-line) PandID's, PFD's, and SWI's. * Prepares asset condition and performance information to support maintenance decisions. * Documentation and storage of inspection certificates, thickness measurements, and other required documents * Work closely with Asset Management engineers, planners, and site maintenance to schedule and evaluate condition-monitoring activities and inspections with the end goal that asset integrity improvement work complies with all applicable Federal, State, and Rio Tinto Kennecott Safety/Environmental standards and Business Policies. What you'll bring To succeed in this role, you will have: * Specialist ability: To understand and communicate to site peers best asset management practice and the application of national standards within this context. * Preferred one year RTKC operating Site experience in an asset management, projects management, or maintenance technical team. Understanding of the design and application of national, RTKC health and safety, and RTBS standards. * One year of related asset integrity industry experience. Proven ability to improve area performance through project analysis, reliability, and asset improvement initiatives. * Three years of experience in the fabrication or repair of new or existing assets is required. * Two years of experience in a leadership/supervisor over a project or crew. * Certified in the three major API certifications of 510,570, and 653. * Willing to gain additional certification in API, ASME, or NBIC standards. * Experience in reliability techniques is a requirement. * Experience developing maintenance tactics is a requirement. * Experience using various condition monitoring (PdM) techniques required. * API, ASME, NBIC codes.
